The short answer
Project pricing depends on removal, access, drainage, reinforcement, finish selections, and total square footage. Every customer receives a written estimate after an on-site review.
What moves the number
Area and thickness determine concrete volume, but prep often creates the largest uncertainty. Removing an old slab, hauling material, correcting clay soil, building access, managing drainage, adding reinforcement and coordinating permits all add labor and risk. Decorative color, stamping and sealing add specialized steps.
What can lower cost
A sound existing base, simple rectangle, standard broom finish, easy truck access and bundled work can reduce mobilization and complexity. Cutting essential base or drainage work is not a responsible savings strategy.
How to compare proposals
Compare demolition, disposal, base depth, reinforcement, thickness, finish, joints, sealing, permits and exclusions line by line. A lower total with missing scope is not the same project.
Budget fit
If the only goal is the cheapest side-job pour, Tac Concrete may not fit. The process is built for homeowners who value a written plan, dependable communication and preparation suited to Oregon conditions.
